Grant Hall at Queen’s
I have completed two post-secondary degrees. Most recently I finished my Master of Divinity degree from Queen’s School of Religion. Before that, I completed a Bachelor of Computing Honours with a subject of specialization in Cognitive Science, also at Queen’s University.
Many ask me why I have combined these two degrees, and it is admittedly not something that I intended when starting the B.CMP.H. in 2006. I have always had both of these passions, though – for many domains of technology on one hand and for not just living a Christian life but also explicit education in Christian theology on the other. Depending on exactly where I end up working full-time, it is quite possible that one or the other will not be absolutely required for my career path, but at the same time I have no doubt that they will both prove quite valuable in other ways.
Within this section of the website as it comes toward completion will be a large collection of past work from various courses. Most of these will realistically be from my M.Div. because the type of work is more conducive to posting to the Internet than the test-heavy Bachelor of Computing which only has a few things posted. For now, you can view my course list for each degree.
